1. What KeepTik provides

KeepTik is an independent desktop Chrome extension and an informational website. The extension helps you save TikTok posts you’re allowed to keep as files on your computer, together with a report of each task.

KeepTik is not TikTok, is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, and doesn’t control TikTok’s availability, content, responses or terms.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for making sure your use is lawful, allowed by TikTok’s rules and respects the rights and privacy of creators and the people shown in the content. You must have the right to save, keep, use or share each item.

3. Prohibited use

You may not use KeepTik to get around access controls; obtain private, restricted or removed material without authorization; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; impersonate a creator; harass or profile people; distribute malware; interfere with the extension, website or third-party services; or support unlawful commercial redistribution.

You may not present KeepTik as an official TikTok product or suggest an endorsement that doesn’t exist.

4. Intellectual property

Creators and other rightsholders keep their rights in downloaded content. KeepTik doesn’t grant a license or ownership because it helps make a local copy.

KeepTik’s name, site text, interface and software remain subject to their own ownership and license notices. TikTok names and marks belong to their owners.

5. Availability and disclaimers

TikTok can change its pages and responses without notice, so KeepTik can’t guarantee compatibility, completeness, a particular quality or uninterrupted operation.

KeepTik doesn’t promise every post, a complete copy of an account, a fixed resolution or access to unavailable content.

6. Changes and contact

Updates to these terms are published on this page. A changed feature never grants rights over third-party content.
