KeepTik Editorial & Guide Standards

Who publishes these guides, how product facts are checked, and how to report a correction.

Who writes the guides

KeepTik Editorial is the publishing name for guides maintained by the KeepTik project. We also develop the extension, so our guides disclose when a method uses KeepTik and when it uses another tool. KeepTik is independent of TikTok and ByteDance.

Sources and practical steps

Product instructions refer to the extension’s supported behavior. Where a guide reports a test, it identifies the method and conditions. Official documentation is linked for platform rules. Examples and illustrations are labeled; they are not usage statistics or independent endorsements.

Updates and limitations

A publication date records when a guide appeared. An updated date reflects a meaningful edit. App interfaces, available media and browser behavior can change; a guide is not a guarantee that every post can be saved. Mobile and audio topics do not imply that the KeepTik extension supports those features.
